The girlfriends and I met up at the end of my school term to yes, celebrate the end of my study life! No more projects, no more grades-related stress, no more sucky lecturers to complain about. Heehee, happy to be liberated! I mean, I wouldn't be so happy if my university life was half as fulfilling as what I see others are having. Sigh, absolutely regretting it but what done is done and no use crying over spilled milk! Anyhow, it was a Friday night and most places were actually full (popular places like Dempsey), and since we had our eye on Wine Company, we decided to head to another branch which is located at Evans Road. More ulu, less likely to be fully booked!
I liked the pasta I've ordered, a lot! It was some miso chicken pasta? I can't quite remember now, but it was delicious. Iris and Peiwen both had carbonara, and both felt that it was too gelat after a while. Haha. I never believe in carbonara(s). Never. I mean, I love cream pastas, but I'd just not order carbonara cos they always have a tendency to taste gelat.
Molten lava cake for desserts! YUM! :)
Cam-whoring session in the car while Iris is on the phone (when we are parked, not on the road btw)
A Starbucks session to conclude the night. I love it when we girls hang out and have HTHT times together. It's like we always have so much to share. Mostly measured in the quality of the things we share. Yknow it's not with everyone that you can take freely about your personal life and such? But with these girls, it's everything, absolutely transparent. That's also how they'd know me so well. So blessed to have these strong support groups in my life.
AHHH. I am not getting started on NY posts because I'm sure there's plenty to write, and I'm not even done with the pictures. We captured more than 1,000 pics, which I'll have to filter, and do minor editing, and oh goshhh. Hahaha. Well, I do have time on my hands actually. Besides dedicating 25% of my time to LE, 25% to packing my lifelong belongings into boxes (renovations! and I'm finally getting my own room!!), 10% on daily to-dos, and 40% bumming around on my computer which includes dealing with the pictures. SUCH IS LIFE :)
Till then!
